    problem with backwards compatibility


    Im trying to play a 360 game on the xbox 1 but every time i try to download a profile it comes up with an error message saying "cant connect to xbox live. select test connection to troubleshoot your connection" and every time i try to test connection it
    takes me to a xbox settings page. no idea how to fix it would appreciate some help.

    No problem. Just bear in mind that only games that are backwards compatible will be available. You can view a list of backwards compatible games here.

    If the original games are listes as backward compatible games you should be able to play them with no problem at all... look HERE for compatible games...

    Your not the only one having problems with backward compatibility on using the disc. I was able to download it with no problem. The problem I'm having with it is it starts to search for downloadable content on a continuous loop of searching for downloadable
    content. I think the backward compatibility download may have a bug or glitch in the software.
