    Problem with Backwards Compatibility


    This hasn't happened before, when I try to play Black Ops 2 on my xbox one, it just freezes up at the Xbox 360 screen that comes up at first. I figured it was just a bo2 problem, so I tried getting on Halo Reach, after it went throught the loading of getting
    my xbox 360 account info, and Reach loaded in, it said that there was a problem signing in, and to please try again, both of these games are downloaded and not on a disc, and I don't think it's my internet because I can play normal Xbox one games, it just
    seems to be backwards compatible games. I've tried deleting and redownloading my profile on both the one and 360, have cleared my 360 cache, and cleared my local 360 game data in my xbox one settings. Not sure what else to try.

    My Account won't stay connected to xbox live on backwards compatibility.

    I'm having a problem with backwards compatibility. My xbox live account disconnects from xbox live when I attempt to log in on the 360 menu on backwards compatibility for Xbox one.

    Hey there,

    Sorry to hear about the back compat issue. Have you tried a
    Factory Restore on your Xbox One console     by selecting 'Reset and keep my games & apps'? Give that a shot and let us know if it helps. If the issue continues, please try power cycling your home network by removing the power from your router and modem for
    good measure. While those are powered off, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One until it fully powers down and let everything sit powerless for 5 minutes. Once that time passes, plug your network equipment back in first and allow it to fully power
    on before reconnecting your Xbox One.

    If the original games are listes as backward compatible games you should be able to play them with no problem at all... look HERE for compatible games...

    Your not the only one having problems with backward compatibility on using the disc. I was able to download it with no problem. The problem I'm having with it is it starts to search for downloadable content on a continuous loop of searching for downloadable
    content. I think the backward compatibility download may have a bug or glitch in the software.
