    Problem with backwards compatability


    So my friend and I were gonna play Indiana Jones 2 on the xbox. Indiana Jones 2 is a free game with gold this week. It is also a 360 game. I was able to download it with ease, however my friends account says it is unable to make the purchase and to use the
    xbox itself to make the purchase even though he IS using the xbox. He tried the xbox website to get the gane after and same message came up. I also tried gettinf his account on my xbox to purcahse it, but the same message came up as well. I was wondering if
    any of you all knew a solution to this?

    Nevermind. It's showing up now and I am downloading it. I guess there was some kind of delay for some reason for that game.

    Backwards Compatability Problem

    For some reason this game is not showing up for me in my "ready to install" section of my Games & Apps. I definitely own this already on the 360, but it's trying to make me re-purchase it on the XBox One. I also own Case West, but I had no issues with that
    game. (I already installed it and played it.)

    So...what's going on here?

    Problem with backwards compatability

    If he's on a child account, he would need to make the purchase from a 360 console. Otherwise, make sure he has a credit card or Paypal on file to make the purchase.

    should be noted if you are receiving an region error his account region also has to match his physical region

    If the original games are listes as backward compatible games you should be able to play them with no problem at all... look HERE for compatible games...

    Your not the only one having problems with backward compatibility on using the disc. I was able to download it with no problem. The problem I'm having with it is it starts to search for downloadable content on a continuous loop of searching for downloadable
    content. I think the backward compatibility download may have a bug or glitch in the software.
