Problem with another player hacking my IP

Hi, i have an xbox360 and i also have a annoying problem. okay not long ago i was playing halo reach with one of my friends, and we happen to get an invite to a game by someone we didnt know, and so i joined and then i was playing halo reach with two other
online players , who seemed good at playing so i became friends with them. well they invited us to a party chat and we joined. then we played gta5 online, and when we did that, i found out one of them was a mod, becaus he was doing things in the game that
are not possible to do normally. well one of the guys messaged me saying to me that i better not delete him or ignore him becaus he has my IP address, anyways he said he has a new booster and that he can kick my internet off completely for atleast 2-4 hours.
and so after alot of times of him kicking me offline i reported him and blocked him off my friends list. but he still kicks me offline. hes kicking me offline for no reason and i still dont know why he hasnt been banned from xbox. but i dont know really what
to do, or someone has told me to go to my service and talk to them about it but i wouldnt know really what to say. please help this guys like torturing me and i cant do anything to stop him but wait for xbox to look in on it.

xbox wmp to PC with multiple IP setup

Try another streaming server that lets you select the IP address to use. VLC or PS3MediaServer, perhaps.



Or just remove the FTA IPs when you're not hacking away at FTA.

You would actually need to contact your ISP since he is performing a Denial of Service attack which is not done through Live.

 

well i guess i maybe got lucky and maybe he was banned becaus i filed a complaint against him many times and finally against this message he sent me tellin me he cannot use his mic because he is on a stealth server and cant get banned, and since then i havnt
been kicked offline...yet that *** doesnty make sense
