    Problem with Animated Puzzles Star


    When I start Animated Puzzles Star game, Xbox Live app automatically opens. I select "play," and I get the music for the game but no game, just a blank screen. Same thing happened with a hidden objects game. Any ideas on how to make the game function
    properly?

    Progressing beyond puzzle 20 in Jumble

    Why can't I progress beyond puzzle 20 in Word Jumble? I've completed all the words, bonus puzzle, and got a star. When I click next puzzle it brings up Puzzle 20 again.

    Sky High achievement not awarded.

    I completed all the puzzles in the Terra collection with at least one star but I have not been awarded the Sky High achievement.

    Hey there kathyathome.

    To clarify, are you having troubles on your PC? If you haven't already tried, please try uninstalling the game and reinstalling to see if there's any change.

    Jigsaw has stopped working

    my total points stopped updating and as I finished a puzzle, the application would close, forcing me to have to open open Jigsaw again. Once open, I could see the star that showed I completed a puzzle, but no points had been awarded. I could then complete
    each of the other puzzles, one at a time, receiving a completion star but no points, and being forced off the app each time.

    Stats issues, will there be a "Reset stats" option?

    One thing I tried (I'm not sure if it helped or not) was to allow the entire puzzle completion animation to play itself out after beating a puzzle. At any rate, "Played" versus "Completed" is a lot closer to even in the stats now.

    I've been able to get a full completion for Easy, Medium, and Hard on Landscapes, and a full completion for Easy and Medium on Wild Animals.

    Despite winning all the Easy and Medium puzzles for Cityscapes and all the Easy puzzles Food, neither of those collections shows as "Completed". I think I posted in another thread that I suspect the reason for this is that Cityscapes and Food, although
    free, had to be downloaded.

    My best and average times for most collections and difficulties is still 00:00.

    With all the playing (and in the case of Cityscapes and Food, replaying) I've accumulated 25360 gold. :)
