Problem with an order being paid but not showing up

Hey, today I bought a game through the xbox live store (using the internet browser) and paid the order using Ideal.

the money has been removed from my bank account complete with a transaction number and all, yet the order doesn’t show up in my order history on the website. Not can I download the game on my xbox.

I can’t possibly have bought it on another account since I only got 1 microsoft account.

I tried everything, even tried calling support, but I only get a robotvoice telling me the support is closed.

What can I do to ensure I either get my money back or get the game I played for?

Update: just got the mail that the purchase is complete. Guess there was a delay in the purchase system. (Is this normal for purchases made through the browser, or was this just a one time thing?)

Can’t test the download right now, just got ready to go to bed, but the game shows up in my order history right now, so I guess things will be alright.

great for pre orders,

btw any pre orders dont show in orders they show in pre orders still but if you have paid it actually says PAID on it. it moves to orders when its processing or dispatched which should be on the wednesday

Yeah. thats what the store manager said, she said you can pre order but you have to pay up front to get it and if you want one in a couple of months they could order in but not until you paid in full for it. so you pay then they order it in for you to collect.

i couldn't for the life of me remember what it was called... shows how much of an impact it had on me after being shown it..

I have the same problem but i already paid for it not knowing theyd actually show up

Check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com and make sure it shows the order as being complete. Keep in mind that if you paid with a credit card/Paypal. you're not charged until within 10 days of the game being released. If they weren't able to charge you at that time, the order would have been cancelled and you would need to purchase it again.
