    So I bought BO2 some time ago, and at first I played and it was all fine, yasterday i tried to play it and a message pop up amd said “Do you own thai game or app” I tried to start it various times and it didnt work, then I uninstalled it and installed it
    again but the same message shows up, and it only happens in this game, I play other backward compability games and play them with no problem.

    there a joke it happened with my lococycle went back to get the last few achivments so i went to re download and it wants me to buy it . contacted xbox and they were so rude and toold me to take the loss and thats messed because there customer service before
    that has always been the best i have ever seen in the gaming industry and they did not care that some how i have saved videos and nearly all the achivments for a game that i supposdly never owned . I am waiting and i am going to contact them again because
    that is theft bottom line i paid money and the guy sais take the loss i wish i recorded the conversation i can tell you when i call again i will be ready to record it if its the same rude man again. Wish you luck

    Do you know if the game got refunded at all?

    Edit: That was a stupid question - you're able to reinstall it after all.

    Some other trouble shooting steps:

    Reboot the console fully (hold power down for 10+ seconds)

    Try playing with another account

  6. Tried rebooting and it didnt work, and my brother tried to play it on his xbox with a diffrent profile and it didnt work.

    3. Select No Thanks...
    4. Select Prepaid codes
