Problem with Adapter

My xbox one headset adapter stopped functioning on 10/27. Mute light does not light up and no microphone is not getting to the xbox. The mic works, I can hear it in the headphones, but it's not getting through adapter. I tried updating controllers, but they
didn't update.

I went out and bought another X1 headset adapter, controller auto updated, new adapter works fine, old one still doesn't. Too soon for this stuff to brake down. I want warranty or reimbursement to kick in here. Help!

Problem with adapter

Hi, I have a problem with my adapter, one day while I was talking to my friends on the boxbox, suddenly they did not feel like I could hear them. I did a number of tests that my microphone is working. Someone knows how to fix the type from the settings or do something to the adapter. In my favor, I need it right away.

Could you clarify what is this "adapter" you are talking about? Is it the
Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter?

For party chat issues, have you
optimized your Network/NAT settings?

Could you also try a proper power cycle to your console? That usually refreshes things back to working order.

Are you talking about the adapter to your TV or the adapter for the power?

Which headset are you using with the console and what brand is it? Have you tried to use another controller or headset to see if the problem still happens?

If you run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console what do you see for NAT Type?

Hi Mister Mascot, the headset I'm using on the console is branded Turtle Beach, I tried to use a high controller and the problem still persists, I did the detailed internet test and the NAT I see is Open Type
