Problem with achievements

I have a problem with accomplishments.
I already have 2 hardcore characters at level 70, but I did not get the achievement with that. It is interesting that the achievement with the 70 necromancer level I received no problem. This achievement I have

You sure you started each chapter from the beginning? You sure you didn't jump into a game already started?

Greetings, LoneGuardian! Thank you for bringing your question to the forums. Can you explain the situation in a little more detail? I'm specifically interested to know exactly what you mean by "it keeps unlocking ones that I already have"? Any extra clarification
you can provide would be very helpful.

The good news is that I can see your activity here over the forums including your gamerscore (which is currently 22000+)

I tried the first time and now, unfortunately, nothing helped. I can add that not only these achievements are not unlocked. Already 4 achievements have not been unlocked in this game. In that case can I ask for a refund for a game
not in accordance with the contract?

Waaaaay late post. Looking for other info and saw this unanswered. But for Top Team, make sure you fully ranked up a team in-game to level 20 and not on the app. Then go to into multiplayer and select character prestige from the menus on the right. This
will cause the achievement to pop in most cases, and it is the way I had to obtain it.

I've had this problem with achievements on titanfall and outlast, both said ive completed them 100% but I didn't get them unlocked or get the gamer score. My titanfall achievement has also been reset to 0% now too.

Same here collected all the war diaries, finished all the optional objectives and got all collectible cards in sniper elite 3 and nothing didn't get the achievements for them.
