    Hello, I have a problem my console is locked and now it does not unlock Xbox One achievements, only if I play xbox 360 games I get achievements, I already did all the steps, delete account, reset console, and still my achievements are not made up , What
    I can do?

    Sorry to hear about any issues unlocking Achievements. We do have a FAQ/Troubleshooting guide

    HERE     that can assist with these problems. Make sure when you try the steps you give it the full 72 hours to resolve, before you move on to Step 3 which is the Survey.
