Problem with Achievements on Xbox ONE and on Xbox.com

Same problem here :/ its a server side issue and theres nothing to really do on our end. but you can't see achievements anywhere, Smartglass, Xbox's site or inside the app. and to others, it shows that you have to no achievements and no game time. i did
contact support and all they did was ask for my gamertag for tracking and pics of the error on all platforms and thats the last i heard of them. theres nothing we can really do, just a big waiting game.

 

I don't have this problem but if I compare my achievements with someone who's got this problem, it shows us both as having no achievements. Otherwise I see mine and other peoples fine

 

So i've been having the same problem as you guys with the app not working and achievements not popping, but i got a solution off of someone in a different post. It's pretty simple and should work.

Okay, go to: Settings > My Xbox > My Background > Achievement Art

When you select "Achievement Art" it should open your achievements app right up. However, i still have not received the achievements i unlocked when it wasn't working. It says they're complete but not unlocking. So you may have to do them again. I'm also
now able to see my achievements on xbox.com, and i'm able to unlock them now.

Okay so scratch the last bit that i said about having to redo the achievements. I have about twenty that i should have but haven't unlocked yet, and as i'm playing they are slowly unlocking for me. So just wait it out and they should pop eventually.

I haven't earned an achievement in the MCC all day. It's so depressing.

Now I cant view any of my achievements at all.

I want my chievies!

 

The above suggested fix (change background colour/image etc) did not work for me. Just spat out the 0x87c40011 error instead. When I snap it I get the 0x87c47500 error.

I can also confirm that I only purchase discs from local stores and only have one account which is for the country I live in.

My wife's achievements are working fine, as they popped and opened whilst we were playing Diablo 3. I don't own MCC and am extremely concerned that my Triple Play achievement that I should have got last night whilst playing Destiny Crucible is not going
to unlock.

Not very happy at the moment.

 

Came here after finding the thread from searching for the error code number as I have this exact problems too! No achievements are unlocking in MCC for me right now and none of the apps (iPad, Xbox One, Windows 8.1) will even show any achievements for MCC
but other games seem to show up just fine. Very annoying.

 

Can't even access the Achievement app/snap or webpage here. Just error code after error code.

 

Im in this boat too so no game time until it is fixed. Gives me a reason to get off my backside and clean the house while I wait =p

 

Yes I am getting this problem too. Error message 0x87c40011.

Achievements app not loading. after playing halo: MCC for me.

Changing my background as 'Nife004niff' suggested above has not worked for me.

 

I also get a error when trying to load my achievements on xbox.com. If its of any help this is what the page returns:

Achievements broken here as well. Nothing unlocking, app on console won't load and web site just reports an error as well!

Service alert page says everything is "up and running" which is quite obviously isn't. Can somebody please look into this rather than just cut and pasting the same "We have bubbled this information up to the proper teams" quote!

 

I'm in the same boat now with the unity achievements, not sure if i should just move on to another game for a bit. Is there a chance the answer can be removed. From this thread. Nothing's really been answered if they are just looking into it.

 

The achievements for MCC in the windows 8.1 app seem to be working again for me now and the achievements I was expecting to unlock last night have done.
