Problem with Achievements on Xbox ONE and on Xbox.com

Currently I cant access my achievements on Xbox.com or on my xbox one, also no new achievements are unlocking for any of my games, even while playing co-op the other person is unlocking achievements and can view their achievements on my xbox one. I have
attempted power cycling, deleting the accounts and re-adding them, deleting and re-adding them on an external usb drive, cleared the cache. Ive had error codes 0x87c47500 and 0x87c40011. I would appreciate any advice

Iv only got two achievements, 30G in total. I keep losing GS on Xbox.com, an achievement from Crysis and one iv just got from Dead Island. Keeps appearing and dissappearing so im guessing theres some problem with Xbox.com and it will sort its self

Seen a few posts about this and I always say, I would have assumed they had this ready for xbox.com on launch. Weird that we can't see activity yet...

I have a sneaking suspicion it's related to people who have accounts with multiple international credit cards attached.

Emerald, can you confirm if you have bought games from international stores from your account?

 

I have had this issue tonight too and have had it since TUESDAY! A buddy of mine, DNasty 21382 is having the same problem. This is happening to us while playing Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It's a VERY frustrating thing...

 

Same thing for me, since yesterday. No international credit cards attached, just the one Australian one.

So you haven't bought any games form international stores and you still have this error? So then it's completely random in terms of who it affects?

This started happening to me today, I can't access achievements online but I can access them on my xbox one with the exception of Master Chief Collection which gives me the error code 0x87c47500.

So glad nothing is working...Halo's servers suck, IF you get into a game of Halo the lag is ridiculous, and now Microsoft is F-ing up too. All I want to do is check my achievements but nope, cant have that. -.-

 

They said something about an update this weekend to fix this. And seeing as the last update they did a couple days ago did absolutely nothing, I'm not getting my hopes up.

 

Same issue here. I did buy The Walking Dead Season 1 game from my phone using smartglass a few days ago. I don't think it's an international thing either. Hopefully this gets fixed soon as I don't want to start AC:Unity if it persists.

On that note; it would seem that AC:Unity is not installing to my console. The DLC that came with it installed, but the disc is hanging at 0%. Related issue?

 

Ignore that last part of my last post. AC:Unity is installing, I took the disc out and put it back in and it shot up to 11%. Trickled up to 17% and hasn't gone up since.

I assume It's installing, but not refreshing the percentage.

 

Looks like im not alone atleast. Shpeshal Ed i havent bought any games from the international stores, physical copies only, still no solution though might have to try phone support. Can anyone help with a solution?
