Problem with achievements count (WP8)

Hi.

Recently i've installed PAC-MAN CE DX on my Lumia 925 (WP8).

I've finished it, unlocked all achievements, but on xbox.com or on my Xbox 360 i see that i have only 180/200GS (11/12 achs) but when i'm watching Sign in to your Microsoft account i
can see that all achievements are Unlocked.

Any ideas what should i do to fix it....

There seems to be several threads on this... I was asked to start a new thread by Mister Sparks... but I count 5 now... all the same problem... Playlists don't sync between xbox and WP8 or Surface and WP8.

 

Problem with achievements count

On your phone, go into the Games Hub, look at the Avatar screen and open the tray menu by clicking the ellipsis ("...") and hit "refresh" and do the same in the achievement list. If this does not fix it, the best way to resolve would be to re-earn the achievement,
but unfortunately that would mean deleting the game (and therefore its progress) and starting again.

 

I've tryed it few times, didnt work :S

Because it says unlocked on each achievement.

 

You've tried what? Refreshing or unlocking it again?

 

Refreshing, unlocking, reinstalling game and unlocking achievement again.

 

Try a soft reset on your phone by holding the power button and the volume down button for about 10 seconds the phone should turn off then as it comes back on vibrate. Hopefully this will resolve your issue. I soft reset my phone every now and then mainly
because I never turn it off it just helps keep things running smoothly.

 

Well that's not a case.

Because all achievements already unlocked in XBL system but they're miscounted by it.

 

Just curious, is the date and time set correctly on the phone? Was it set to the correct date/time when the achievement unlocked? It could have unlocked with the wrong date on it and therefor not show up until the date/time the phone was set to.

 

Date/time is correct on my phone.

 

Ah, well thought it was worth asking. strange that it doesn't show as unlocked on xbox.com for you but you say it does appear elsewhere on the website.

EDIT: Although it does show that you have all the achievements just not adding them correctly. Sounds like you need a Support agent to take a look.

 

Well I was chatting with XBL support team and they sent me to post about my problem on the forum because my issue can be resolved only by Enforcement team.

 

I've sent a PM to a support agent to see if they can have a look at this for you as it does seem like something only they can fix.
