Problem with account credentials? 807B01F4

My Xbox 360 will not let me download my profile so that I can sign into Xbox Live. I have opened ports, turned off firewalls, reset routers and modems, restarted the console, formatted the console, and reapplied updates and so much more. The real kicker
is that I have been able to download my friends profiles just fine. It always gives me the same error talking about how my credentials are the issue. Customer Support, like always, is absolutely useless. What even are the credentials in question? My gold subscription
is active. My username and password are correct. What more do you need?

I enter my username and password after selecting "Download my profile"

It says "Hi Username!" And proceeds to download my profile just fine. Then it gets to downloading my game info, whatever that is, and it seizes up on me and the craps out the vague error message. Whats so bad about this "game info" that makes Microsoft want
to ruin my day? Can anyone please help me? Why MY account? Not the 4 others on the console.

OMG im having this problem right now when ever i go to account management

I just recently started to get this code but the game wouldnt show me the code for a while until just a few days ago.I was trying to download the Battlefield Multiplayer update 3 and the progress bar would stop and just sit there. Evantually after about
10 ,imutes of no progress my xbox would disconnect from xboxlive. The game wont let me view my billing information or anything that has to do with account managament. I can connect to xboxlive see my freinds and all the other xboxlive mateial on the dashboard
but I cant donwload anything like updates or dlc can anyone help? Also that code has only popped up once so I dont know if it has anything to do with my current problem.

At the time of this post, there is currently an
Xbox Live service alert. Despite what the above support page says, this may also be related to the issue you're having. Try the solutions (2,3) in the article, or simply wait until the service is restored.

 

Bro i have the exact same problem i have tried all the things you have tried and mines not working either. When I called microsoft support they said its related to the current downloadable content problem they are having and to just wait until they resolve
it. Im [Mod Removed – Profanity] they better fix it soon
