Problem with account ban (2)

Hi, I read the answer from Dadwhite and I understand what he sayed.

I think I have the right to know the precise reasons why I am banned. I do not need the motivation "You have been reported several times". In the last month I did not touch my xbox, how could the ban be increased?

The fact that you can't speak directly with the control team is a serious lack. I don't know why I have been so heavily penalized. I was wrong in the past but I paid. I do not understand this fury against me. All of this is ridiculous.

P.s. when I used "apply for review" the "famous" control team increased my ban. It's incredible. What is the real function of "apply for review"?

Problem with account ban

My account on Xbox Live is banned and I don't know why. In the past few days I have been banned from comunication, but when I "apply for a review" the ban was extended to online multiplayers and I don't know why because I haven't
played at all during those days. Today I called xbox live support for another reason but during the discussion they told me that my console is banned. I really dislike this treatment because i have been offline for more than a week. Can you help me?!

Sorry but the enforcement team does not monitor these forums and like xbox support we do not have access to this information. The only way is to access the enforcement site to get details and from what I've heard there is an issue with the enforcement site
not showing the extensions.

As for the Additional suspensions added to you, they were probably still under investigations a part of the same complain for other complains received about the same time the first one was filed. They will add enforcement actions based on their investigations
of all the complains so you can receive more than one actions against your account over a period of time.

Actions have consequences.

Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.

 

If your suspension was increased it's because they found more offences you have committed.

There's no time limit on when you can be suspended for a offence.

They could of found something you did last year & can still punish you.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to the enforcement team are under no obligation to show you any proof or give you the exact reasons.

You can talk directly to the enforcement team via a case review which you have already done.

As mentioned,follow the code of conduct & you wont get suspended.

 

It's possible to talk with the enforcement team directly? I think it's a normal thing to do, we are not in a regime of dictatorship.

 

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. There is no other way to contact them.

 

You aren't understanding what Daft Badger wrote. Your submission of a case review IS you talking directly with Enforcement. Dictatorship? No it is a private service with rules to be followed. You have no rights other than those granted by the Terms of Use.

The submission of a case review is a way to be victim of the commission? If I didn't ask for revision, my ban would end yesterday. It's not normal. What does it mean?! I Don't understand this.

 

You are not the victim of anything.

You violated the ToU/CoC & where caught & suspended.

You filed for a case review & they investigated your case again & found more offences you had committed so your suspension was extended.

They would of found these offences anyway,they just found them while they were investigating your case review.

Simply put,you broke the rules more than once,you were caught & your were suspended.

If you don't want to be suspended or even banned then don't break the rules.
