Problem with Account and Xbox Apps.

Hey there,

I cannot any Xbox Live related games and the apps are completely broken. When I enter Minecraft for example it says that I cannot play because there would be an fatal account error and when I open the settings to manage my account the game hangs up. When I open the Xbox Console Companion App it gets stuck in an infinite loading loop and when I use the Xbox App it says log in please here! And I click but nothing happens. None of the buttons to login work and I cannot play Minecraft nor use my Gamepass (Ultimate) Subscription. I have tried to contact the support multiple times but I cant. The virtual agent cannot help and the chat or telephone support is not reachable even tho Im there when the support should be opened. It still just throws Support is closed now please come back at these times but I am already at that time there. This has been the case for several days and it must be a problem with a glitched out account on my pc. Since all the Apps are broken due the broken or corrupted account I cant even change it and use another account, no Im stuck and no one is helping me...

I really hope some of you may have an idea.

As I understand, you're having trouble playing Xbox Live related games on computer, right?

Did you try to play on Xbox to test?
Are you trying to play on Windows 10 or 11?
Can you login on Xbox.com with your account?

the administrator is an other account then the xbox app is this the problem?

Same problem with the same app: error code 0x87DD0005. All the others apps of XBOX are working well with my account.

Both your PC and laptop are using the same network connection?

Yes both are connected to same switch.

Try this on your PC:

So, let's try this, first, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then, try to uninstall and install the Xbox app.

Don't working. I tried to log in to my account on my laptop and I normaly log in but on main computer it isn't working.
