    Problem with a two-day trial of Xbox Live Gold


    Hello, I have a problem with a two-day trial of Xbox Live Gold. After entering the code it says "The code is invalid".

    In my account Microsoft also entered the code and it says: "Something went wrong

    Try again. If the problem persists, please let us know by submitting the code below on xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. "

    Error code: XBOS-3010

    Problem with Xbox live trial codes

    I recently purchased an Xbox that was advertised with 1 month free trial. The Xbox came with two 14 day trial codes. The problem is that the codes won’t stack. So at this point I have been cheated out of two weeks worth of live gold. How can I receive the
    additional two weeks that I wasn’t supposed to have?

    Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game

    Hello Cianka,

    that is why unable to get the backward compatible games. They will not work with the 14 day trial unfortunately. In this link

    describing Xbox live gold     there is a section explains the trials.

    With an Xbox Live Gold 2- to 14-day trial, you can get Xbox One Games with Gold, and discounted Gold deals.

    If it was a one month trial you could get the backward compatible games.
