Problem with a gift card and billing information

Hi, i am from Colombia, i was buy a xbox gift card and when i try to introduce te code of the gift card, then appears a window that asks me about billing information, especifically about the billing adres, the postal code and the city, but it doesn´t
matter how many times complete this information when i click "next" the page loads a litle but then are again like if i do not click there, i need help, if someone knows how i´ll be so gratefull

you cannot register the billing information on a vanilla visa gift card, only your zip code.

You'll want to go to the website for the gift card to see if you can add your billing information (address) and make sure the card can be used for online purchases.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. The issue may be with the gift card itself. Once you decide to add a payment instrument to the account, the system will ask for billing information to link to the payment instrument. Since the gift card does not
have any billing information attached to it, it will not complete the transaction for the item. We recommend utilizing a different payment instrument to complete the purchase. Be sure to let us know the results!
