Problem with 2 games

Okey the xbox one started to mess up my GF played Fable II for almost 24h then a day later after she slept some and the console got some rest for some reason the game start up but goes back to dash board with and some times just
get stuck on the 360 logo screen. Also when we try Fable 3 for some reason she can´t log in to xbox live so she can save it complains on internet not working but it works mighty fine in other games and even with netflix just Fable 3.

Anyway only Fable 2 and 3 have problems but all other 360 games works fine.

Also quick question the save files are stored on xbox one cloud right but can you access does saves on the 360 ? Fable 2 works fine on the 360 but well even if shes logged in she can´t get the save file that she has on the xbox one.

Problem with 2 WLIDS

I guess maybe it exists here, but I have no way of signing into it on my xbox. It was created when I joined the xbox dashboard beta. When I registered, it asked for info and I gave it current info and I guess it just created the GT....I certainly didn't
pick the name. I guess I didn't realize what I was doing though, because my actual GT is under an old WLID. My goal is to try to get everything current, so this doesn't happen again. The old WLID is under an email address that no longer exists(8 years old),
and while it still works, I'd rather have it under my current address.

I will check the account.live.com site now. Thanks!

You can try signing into account.live.com with that account to change it's WLID.

How does the GT not exist if you're using it?

I'm sorry to see any issues with Fable II and III! If Fable II is crashing back to the dashboard, have you uninstalled and reinstalled the game? For Fable III, does it give her an error when she tries to sign in to the emulator? This will help us determine
what might be happening there.

In regards to your save question, you will only have access to your Xbox 360 saves if they were also saved in the cloud. If they were local saves, she wouldn't be able to access them. As for using an Xbox One back compat save on the Xbox 360, that is not
currently supported.

Let me know what error she's getting, and we can work on next troubleshooting steps for Fable III. Once we know if Fable II has been reinstalled, we can look at other troubleshooting there, too. I look forward to working with you!

cool thanks. ill give it a try, I asked my brother if he had problems with dead rising on his xbox one and he said none at all.

I really hope its not my xbox.

As for battlefield 4 this is a known issue. I experienced this a lot for this game, too. But the recent patch solved it for me, is your game up-to date?

As for Dead Rising 3 it never happened for me and haven't heard about launch problems. There is a new title update released today, you may want to give it a try. Also you may want to try reinstalling the game.

If nothing helps to resolve your problem or it occurs for other games as well I would recommend to contact the Xbox Phone Support. Hit me up if you need the number.

I have the same problem with the last 2 free on gold games ! ARMY OF TWO and MAFIA 2 ! Hope that they fix the problem !

Dance central codes will only work in regions that support kinect and you have to be there physically
