Problem with 2 accounts

Hello everybody my name il Valerio,

and... i have a problem!

I have two account Microsoft...

One account is the oldest one... where all of my progress are saved... and I am still using it on XBOX ONE (with a Yahoo address)

One account is the account that was activated with my Surface Pro (with an Hotmail address).

When I try to buy some product from the XBOX STORE from my surface.... the app will ridirect me to the WINDOWS STORE logged with the second account (Hotmail) but NOT with the precious account (YAHOO).

I donìt want to loose all of my progress!

What i should do?

Wy the XBOX app will ridirect me to the WINDOWS STORE?

I dont want to use it with the Hotmail account...

Problem with account ban (2)

If your suspension was increased it's because they found more offences you have committed.

There's no time limit on when you can be suspended for a offence.

They could of found something you did last year & can still punish you.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to the enforcement team are under no obligation to show you any proof or give you the exact reasons.

You can talk directly to the enforcement team via a case review which you have already done.

As mentioned,follow the code of conduct & you wont get suspended.

It's possible to talk with the enforcement team directly? I think it's a normal thing to do, we are not in a regime of dictatorship.

You aren't understanding what Daft Badger wrote. Your submission of a case review IS you talking directly with Enforcement. Dictatorship? No it is a private service with rules to be followed. You have no rights other than those granted by the Terms of Use.

The submission of a case review is a way to be victim of the commission? If I didn't ask for revision, my ban would end yesterday. It's not normal. What does it mean?! I Don't understand this.

Problem with account ban (2)

You are not the victim of anything.

You violated the ToU/CoC & where caught & suspended.

You filed for a case review & they investigated your case again & found more offences you had committed so your suspension was extended.

They would of found these offences anyway,they just found them while they were investigating your case review.

Simply put,you broke the rules more than once,you were caught & your were suspended.

If you don't want to be suspended or even banned then don't break the rules.

another problem.... wiht the old Microsoft account (YAHOO) which my XBOX ONE is logged... it's not poble to do the Login into the Windows Store maybe because it's not a Microsoft accont.

The good thing is that Everything is working good on iPAD, iPhone and Android device.... i can log in on the microsoft app and i can buy thing without problem.

The problem is only on the Surface...

approximately a year ago everything was changed over to one Microsoft store so now when you go to buy something on the xbox store it will redirect you to the Microsoft store to finish the purchase.

the problem that you are having is that you are using a surface device which is a Microsoft product and when you go to the MS store it will sign you in with the default MS account that is established with that surface tablet.

to answer your question about your yahoo account if you are using it with your xbox one then it is a MS account you do not have to use MS server emails (ie Hotmail, LIve, outlook) as your MS account email.

so just as a future reference when using your surface you should be able to change what MS account you are signed into at the store and sign in with your yahoo email when you want to purchase something with your xbox account.

If you don't know the e-mail address that you used to setup your profile then you'd need to contact Microsoft Chat Support (Click Billing & Memberships > Under Microsoft Account,
click Forgot Microsoft AccountUsername then finally click Chat with Microsoft Support).

As long as you have the gamertag and the information that's associated with the gamertag (name, address, phone number, card number etc.) they should be able to assist you with giving you the e-mail associated with that account.

Once you have that e-mail you can visit this page here to reset the password.
