Problem with 1 Month FREE Trial Gold membership

Hey,

Today i activated my free one month trial period which went well. When i checked the Gold status on my Xbox One it confirmed that the Gold status indeed was activated. Since i didn't want the payment auto renewed i immediately cancelled it by choosing the
"Cancel automatic payment" option (or it was called something similar). Now, only a few minutes after having activated it, my Gold status is gone.

The option "Xbox Live Gold - Gold – 1 Month FREE Trial -$0.00" is still available under subscriptions but when i try to activate it again i get the following message:

"Sorry, that's as many as you can have. Only a limited number of these are allowed on any one account.

PBR40441 1f33cd4b-333f-4d42-9f8c-159cc2148359 2014/10/22 - 17:11:21 UTC"

I was planning on playing online today so what the heck? You people need to resolve this issue like within the next hour or I'll expect some compensation.

you can only play as a gold member. Gold Membership costs money but you get 1 Month free trial. Many games have 48 h codes to play. Try to get your free trial month.

Halo : Reach says that I don't have Gold Membership

Heya,

I have the next Issue:

- Halo: Reach Online Mode does say that I dont have gold Membership. I have the Gold Membership free 1 Month Trial.

So I have it right?

What is the Problem with it then?

Any Suggestion or Help would be Helpfull

You will need to contact support at 1-800-469-9269 (US or Canada) or arrange for a call back by using this link
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us. They will be able to see what happened

You have a free 1 month xbox live membership and it is a trial right?

If it is a 1 month trial, then it isn't a Gold membership, and will not give you access to Gold features. It will only grant partial sample access to certain features. That goes for all trial memberships 2 day, 14 day, etc.

Does the one month membership from a card count for the Games for Gold programme? I don't see the games as free even though I just loaded 1 month membership and there is no "trial" word in my membershipments on Xbox and on PC, but I have other gold functionalities
and a gold ribbon.

If so, you're NOT eligible.

When you claim the free trial month with gold from your console it doesn't appears for the trial membership doesn't offers all the perks of a paid gold membership.
