    I have a problem with my account, I give you to explain what the problem is.

    when I'm on xbox 360 I have an account and when I put my email on the microsoft site to login, I get with this account, which was the basis this is not mine. even when I vai on the parameters, and I find my email. and again, I try to log on the website and
    I fall on this account.

    problem to log in my account .

    hello , i have a problem whith my xbox one , yesterday i tryed to change the security adress email of my microsoft account , and they send me a message to say i have to wait one month to proceed the changemeent .

    but the problem now its impossible to connect in my account whith my xbox one . and there is no text or something the xbox keep trying to connect but nothing .

    nomally when i open my xbox , its alway connected but now nothing just a message say sorry whith the name of my account .

    yes, but i realy dont speek inglish, i dont know how i can verified my gamertag.

    my gamertag on xbox 360 and my email is [Mod Removed - Please don't post your personal email address] but how you can see, my email whith this acount () its this too.

    then either you give me true my email account or change me either.

    Default Region page. After you select your region on that page, visit our
