    1.I recently bought a game, from some time I check Xbox live rewards and I saw that the game I bought was eligible to receive the rewards but they have not given me anything (they do not even appear pending) and I fulfilled all the requirements
    I need an answer in advance thanks .

    Xbox Gold Problem

    first of all I'm sorry but i cant find the right place to post my problem.

    Ok so the main site Xbox.com doesn't recognize me as a gold member, I don't have any problem's on my console i can play online and deals whit gold, games whit gold display correctly but the Xbox site keep telling me to upgrade to gold but my gold subscription
    expire on 6/10/2016.

    This give me problem's when i try to download the games whit gold from the Xbox.com site and now i am having problems because of this whit the Xbox rewards program not getting any rewards from my purchases from the store and my VIP status stop suddenly i
    contact rewards support and they tell to contact Xbox support so I hope and u guys can fix my problem.

    Thanks in advance and by the way the Xbox site tells me that my last log-in was in 2011 0.o

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.
