    Problem whit PAYDAY 2


    Hey! I have a small problem when I want to log in to the PAYDAY 2 game. When I enter the game and choose the storage device, it tells me that there is an error loading the profile data, it asks me if I want to reload the data but I he says that progress
    is corrupt. However I did not do anything with the perfin before I got this error, I do not know what it means or what I should do because I do not intend to lose all my progress in the game.

    Hi! In this case it might help to restart both your internet routers by completely unplugging them for 5 minutes. If that doesn't work you might want to consider performing a factory reset with keeping your games and apps: Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults

    PayDay 2 problem

    Me and my Friend are trying to play pay day together but it always says failed to join no matter the Nat type, who invites who, which heist, even the in game settings it just won't let us party up and one guy said our connections won't bridge and he left
    before saying anything about a solution so I don't know what to do cause we've played countless times before and it just doesn't seem to wanna let us squad up if anyone can help let me know (yes I've deleted and re installed)

    Hey ODSTDF! Unfortunately we don't have the ability to recover save games here on the forums. If the file is corrupt, you will have to create a new one in order to continue. Thanks!

    PayDay 2 problem

    Hi,

    1st thing to check is servers status > https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    If servers are ok , try this on the main menu of the console > Press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton of the console, wait 30 sec, restart ( ask your friend to do it too )

    If it still not working, you have to check your nat ( both consoles have to be open ) > https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/networking/nat-error-solution

    if its open on both console, could be an issue with your private Policy so please check them ( friend too ) >

    Xbox turns on but shows no signal. Controller also just flashes like its being restarted

    I have the same Problem whit my series x and my one x have done the same steps whit the factory reset and after a coupel minuts in this stuck loading screen its give me a screen eher its sayes ther is a Problem and the Option to restart or fix the Problem all 2 ways leading back to the loading screen whit the green screen thats loading non stop
