Problem whit fallout 3 code

i have problem with redeem my fallout 3 code.

Got my first 1000!

Nicely done Sir! aI think my first was Fallout 3, my absolute most white knuckle 1000 was CoD 2!

 

Fallout 3 code message expired before I could use it.

- I preordered Fallout 4

- recieved promo code for Fallout 3

- Was unable to download due to Fallout 4's release date

- message expired

- Now I'm sad

Product: Fallout 3 (as part of the Fallout 4 order)

Date Purchased: 08/2015

Problem: Message containing code expired.

 

What seems to be the problem with it ?

When does this occur ? You're going to have to give some more information about the issue you're having.

Could you try the following ?
