Problem while launching game

Hi ive bought x box one s and my console shuts down automatically while trying to launch the game. It shows the game is ready to start but it keeps shutting down. Do i need to replace the console.

I have the problem. Where the mission will be stuck while the launching symbols just spins for ever and have to dashboard it.

Alice: Madness Returns Disc issue

Same problem here. The disc stops spinning as the game boots up like it's supposed to, but then it starts again at the Spicy Horse logo.

I've heard people have gotten around it by playing music from a flash drive or streaming from their PC while launching the game, or by launching the game without being logged into a profile, but neither worked for me.

I have problems launching the game while using joystick and every time i try to plug it in after launching the game it just crashes...

Problem resolved !

I had to log in battlelog website on my computer while launching the game on Xbox One... Strange, but it worked.

Update 3: I found out the problem and a fix for it, well sort of fix.
The problem was that I can't launch games/apps while downloading/installing another game, app, or update. The problem also works both ways, meaning that you can't download/install a game, app, or update while playing a game or using an app.
Like what I described in my "Update 2" post. The fix, sort of,
is to pause or finish the download, then try relaunching the game/app you wanted to use. It should launch after the first or second try. This is the only thing I found that showed results. The problem is still there, but at least there's a workaround.
I hope Microsoft releases a patch to fix this problem, not sure why launching and downloading a game/app at the same time would cause such a problem and vice-versa, but it's been about two weeks.

I've had a host of problems as well, luckly Monster Hunter Iceborne has kept me busy while they sort out their server issues. I expect that the problem will get a bit worse once the full game launches on September 10th.
