Problem when trying to sign-in to Xbox

I was asking a question about attempting to sign into xbox, which is new. I was sidelined into a windows 10 disussion, which is a little wierd. Sorry, not really pleased with the simply attempting to use my xbox. I heard they have had technical problems
with signing on.

currently there don't seem to be any issues on Xbox Live, for the latest status see this link:

If you are experiencing issues signing in please run the network test on the console to see if there are any errors shown or not.

If there are not errors shown then please check if all is fine at
http://account.microsoft.com

and try restarting your console via the steps:

try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

When it can't sign in when I first turn the xbox on it says "A problem has occured while signing in. Please try again. If the problem persists, visit www.xbox.com/support."

It is still saying account.live.com to fix the problem and when I push it in to try to fix the problem it's coming back and it's still saying it on the Xbox when I try to sign in

I have the same problem, when i start my xbox it freezes when trying to sign in to xbox live but when i off my internet it works fine but i want to sign in to my xbox live

Hey I've been getting this message for a bit when I'm trying to sign in Xbox live.

there was a problem we couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.xbox.com sign in: 0x87DD000F
