    Problem when trying to connect to EA play games


    I have problem with EA play games.

    I am currently using Xbox game pass for PC, and I have tried to play Need for speed:Heat.

    When I tried to download the game, it redirect me to download the EA play (beta).

    After I downloaded the EA play (beta) and I re-tried to download the game.

    Then I found new window pop-up was shown, but with error on the new window.

    The error message is as follows:

    {"error":"Internal server error","error_description":null,"error_code":null,"code":107019}

    Please help me to play the EA play game.

    this is not a problem on your end, it is EA that is the problem. EA forces us to use their servers and EA drops old games from their servers in favour of newer ones that are played more. also sometimes their server is crapping out with so many connections.
    so when you boot the game its connects through live first then connects to EA...and boom!!! disconnect issues (but your still connected to live)

    Hey so I have almost the same problem. I bought Xbox gamepass and its working. But when I try to download an EA game its says I need to pay a EA play subscription for that game. But EA play comes with Gamepass, right? The accounts are connected and I have tried everything but I just can't seem to fix this issue. Could you help me out?
