Problem when starting the game Forza Horizon 4

When I start the game, a message appears stating that I demanded a refund for it and it was deleted from my computer and account. But I did not demand a refund. How do I get the game back? And why was she removed without informing me?

Forza Horzion 4 take to long to start (0x8027025a)

Hello,

i have a Problem with my Game Forza Horizon 4.

When i start the Game there comes the Forza Horizon 4 Picture, it loads 30 seconds the its kicking me on to my home screen and it shows the Error

(Forza Horizon 4 took to long to start 0x8027025a).

I've already tried everything...

A hard reset, I deleted the game and installed it again.

All ways i tried.

Problem with the game profile

I'm having a problem with a game 'Forza Horizon 3'. After starting the game there is a message on the screen that the profile of Forza Horizon 3 which you want to load is already not available . Can you tell me what is wrong?

Hi!

Try to check your
order history to see if the game has been properly purchased. If everything is correct, try holding down the power button for 10 secs and try to start the game again. If it doesn't work, try to delete your profile from the console and re-download it again.

Thanks for the response, it seems to force me to download "Forza Horizon 4" first. When I click pause it's download and then try to start download on "Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition" it stays at "Downloading" and starts Downloading process of "Forza Horizon 4". I also tried logging into my account on different computer which worked.

I'm pretty sure. Only Forza horizon 5 has this problem. I downloaded and installed Forza horizon 4 again. There is no problem. Games on other platforms also work normally.Forza horizon 5 can only enter the game when the network is disconnected, and then turn on the network, Can play normally.

I dont know because I only have this Microsoft game. Ah I forgot to say, its only in Forza Horizon 4 but not in other games like steam games etc. I only have this issue with Forza Horizon 4. When I always check my ping in the Xbox App when Forza is closed my ping is good but when I start Forza, its going up as hell.

Yes. Other games are OK.

Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.
