    Problem when getting achievements


    On my account every time I get an achievement from a new game thats been installed it pops up with the achievement and my screen goes black I have to press the Xbox One button on the controller for the screen to come back is that the little bug because
    it doesn't do it to my old games.

    Xbox one tomb raider glitched achievments

    Has anyone had a problem getting achievements for this game? The counter is not telling me how close I am to getting each achievement. I've been trying to get the headshot achievement and it still says 0% when I know I've gotten at least 30 and the achievement
    is for 50.

    I'm having the same problem, I can't enter the app and I'm not getting achievements when I should be for about 3 days now. It is getting annoying.

    Sometimes it takes the achievements a good while to pop. Be patient a little longer and see if the problem resolves itself. Good Luck!

    Hey, guys! You will want to check out
    this sticky for achievement issues. All of the troubleshooting is listed in there. If none of the troubleshooting works for you, there is a survey at the bottom that you will want to fill out. That survey gets sent to the right team that looks into achievement
    issues. These are the only steps you can take for achievements. Thanks for understanding!
