    What error message/error code do you receive when you try entering the code on the console?

    Make sure you're entering the code exactly as written and not mixing up letters/numbers (ie. 0 for O or 8 for B). If you haven't already, try redeeming it on the website instead of the console. That message can also come up if the code is not for the same
    region as your account.

    If none of that helps, you'll need to try contacting support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
