Problem when changing gamertag

Hello, thank you for your answer but it is impossible for me to contact support because they seem to have "problems with some of the contact options" (actually all options) and those for several weeks because I tried several times to contact them before writing on this forum. Do you know how to contact them?

If kids at his school have his account and keep on changing the gamertags when your son reports them why don't you change your sons gamertag, problem solved.

No you shouldn't have to change the gamertag but it should sort the issue.

Then I can't even change my gamertag to anything else unless i pay more money to change it to something different. this is ridicculous not only they forced change my gamertag I'm stuck with this gamertag. Honestly if it was so much of a problem when i created
this gamer tag it shouldn't have been approved when I submitted it.
