    If microsoft can't fix problem w/ microsoft jigsaw, then issue a directive to all user to delete the game from their computer and get this problem out of the way for good!!!!!!!

    Van Gogh puzzles has only partially downloaded, can only see half the screen and I can't open it at all. Won't finish downloading. Help.

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.

    Problems with Microsoft Jigsaw not loading puzzles

    From the MS support page:

    Remove and readd the program.

    You won't lose anything because it is tied to your Microsoft account.

    Just go to the app in settings and right click and uninstall.

    Then reinstall using the store.

    If that does not work then below is a link to the Jigsaw support.
