Problem using ipega PG9023s on cloud gaming (only on PC)

So Xbox literally refuses to let the controller work just in the game on game pass. Works great on everything then as soon as the game loads it gives this error. Pretty much garbage they are blocking their own brand controller from playing a game on their own app

This controller that the OP is trying to use is not Microsofts own controller. It is a third party controller made by Ipega and not sold by Microsoft. According to Microsoft's list of verified controllers for cloud gaming, only the Ipega 9023s is compatible but not the 9076 that the OP has tried using. There are a few different types of Ipega controllers, which one do you have?

For it to work correctly it needs to support xinput, not all controllers support this.

Nope, sadly cloud gaming doesn't have remote game management

The cloud gaming feature is attached only to the account / xbox profile that owns the subscription
So, that means is not possible to sign with a different profile

Right now the options are limited to fix the problem downloading the game in a compatible console or PC and then fix the problem from there, in that way the saved changes are going to be reflected in the cloud

OK, just saw here. And it´s a huge BS.

Windows 10 games now don´t support d-input controllers, only x-input.

You still probably have to enable it. Nothing to do with Microsoft, it's the controller manufacturer that needs to support Xinput on their controllers, or at least if it does support it, show you how to get it working.

As for 'Uncle Bill', Bill Gates hasn't worked for Microsoft for over a decade now.
