    Problem updating?

    I started up my Xbox 360 console and it immediately prompts me to download/install and update. I select "yes" and the update won't download. The status bar has been at 0% for the last 30 minutes. I already have the November 27th update installed so I don't
    know what update it is.

    Hi there,

    please try the following steps:

    1. Uninstall the game
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

      http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
    3. Download something else like a demo or multiple ones that in total is at least a couple of GB in size
    4. Download PUBG again and see if it will start, be sure to wait until the game is fully installed

    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!
