Problem unlocking achevement

Hi

I got some achievements that wont unlock on multiple games. I do make exactly what they ask me but it wont unlock on the console (so neither on the online profil).

Ex:

Assassin's creed unity, achievements : The Root Of Evil, requirement : Complete Memory Sequence 5, I did complete 100% of the game, credit I'm missing : 20g



Hand of fate, achievements : Juggernaut, requirement : Possess 150 or more health, I do have 165 point of health, credit I'm missing : 30g

Hand of fate, achievements : well supplied, requirement : Possess 120 or more food, I do have 140 point of food, credit I'm missing : 50g

Those exemple are the one it is 100% sure I did make the requirement.

How can I fix that problem ? Can I fix all my achivement problem at once ? I may have some achivement that I did already encounter the requirement that I don't know ( some hiddens achivements), is there a way to fix those too ?

I can had picture of that if needed.

P.s. I'm on xbone

P.S.S. I did try to remove my account and redwl as sugered but didnt work.

Achievement not unlocking help.

I'll also add there's been achevement problems lately with XBL, some progress dropping to 0%, some stuff not unlocking... I've had an acheivement not pop up today, might be something to do with that.

 

fable 2 achevements not unlocking

yes i redl my profile on both my 360 and my one i even re-set them both to factory default and re-dl fable 2. im no longer getting the message but the achevements still arent unlocking. i even though that because im past the first achevement that it would
auto unlock when i played it. but still no and this is for both on my 360 and my one. but i primarily play it on my one. sadly the 360 graphics now hurt my eyes when i play so i can only be on it for like 5 min before my eyes hurt. lol

If you have then unfortunately there's nothing you can do but wait for them to eventually unlock.

 

@FearedNightmare: No! Please stop offering this advice at the moment. If you take the time to look through the multitude of threads popping up then you will realise that the problem with achievements not unlocking at the moment is much deeper than anything
the "remove profile, power-cycle console, restore profile" recommendation is likely to fix. That is, the advice given there might work in normal circumstances, but what is going on at the moment is not normal. All you're going to do is introduce members to
the second major problem we're all experiencing at the moment which is syncing data.

I followed that terrible advice the other day and here is list of how long it has taken me to re-sync just a few of the save files I've tried using since. I've included the name of the game/app, the size of the game save file, and how long it took me to
complete the sync.

Yes, it's all been reported by the feedback app, and I believe that the team know about it and are working on it at the moment. Although a proper announcement would be helpful. It would stop new threads continually popping up and that other thread being
recommended.

Rise of the Tomb Raider, 8MB, 30 minutes

Fallout 4, 200MB, 3 hours

Styx, 50MB, 1 hour

HITMAN, 32MB, 45 minutes

TrueAchievements app, 13MB, 15 minutes

These times include the repeated fails: "We were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now", before going back to 0% progress and starting all over again.

 

Yeah, it would be great if this was addressed - the first achievement I got this with was around March 5th and it still isn't unlocked. Since it no longer says "Done. Unlocking..." and just shows locked but with 100% completion I have no idea if it will
actually unlock in the future or not.

I'm just providing the only source which is provided as a "solution" It's not because it hasn't worked for you that it doesn't work for anyone, because it has.

 

@FearedNightmare: I appreciate that, but what you've clearly not picked up on is that there is also another major problem at the moment which means that syncing data is becoming difficult to impossible. I don't know how widespread it is and/or if it's only
affecting those of us in the preview program, but the point is that you cannot be sure that it's not going to affect the person you're trying to help.

If you're recommending that people remove their profiles then you are requiring them to re-sync all their game data. So even if it does fix the achievement problem then you may leave them with an even greater problem that they may not be able to play the
game until the second problem is sorted.

What I'm saying is that Microsoft are aware of both problems and I'm sure that they're working right now to fix them. The best advice is to just say that this is a known issue and it's best to remain patient whilst it's being worked on. Adding the second
problem (syncing issues) to someone's woes is not helpful. However, if you're insisting on pointing people at that thread then I think you have a responsibility to warn them that they may be affected by syncing issues.

 

@FearedNightmare you have already guided users to follow this on other threads. Please stop doing so, it is not fixing the issue as this is an XBOX LIVE issue.

By the way, I have bumped some of the threads about this, perhaps someone in Xbox can understand what is going on.

Thanks for that, CaiO heey. I've raised it in the preview program forum and asked directly if someone official could help out here by providing a response. Here's hoping as it could put a lot of people's minds at rest if they acknowledged that it is a known
issue and it is being worked on. Even with the simple advice, "Just hang on in there. We're working on it," would be appreciated. The silence is deafening!

 

@Euler13 I am afraid that Xbox team is ignoring this on purpose. There might be no resolution for the issue that started on March 29th, and it was probably fixed thereafter, but gamers that got achievements on that date will experience this issue and those
achievements will not unlock.

If they ignore it, eventually gamers will forget about the achievements (or play offline and try to grab everything AGAIN). And this is what I am afraid of - people getting those achievements and not waiting for the fix... that encourages Xbox not to fix
the issue.

At least, we have 10+ threads about this issue, and if Xbox team cares, someone will fix this in an upcoming update.

Thanks for sharing that thread. Twelve pages at the time of posting! As you say, I doubt that a solution is coming for us. Very disappointing.

 

Hey, guys! Feared is correct here. You will need to submit the survey at the bottom of that sticky if none of the achievement troubleshooting works for you. That survey is sent to the right people to look into any issues with achievements, however they do
not fix individual achievement issues. If the troubleshooting does not work for you, then only time will unlock these achievements.

Since this is the only troubleshooting available for achievements, this thread will be locked. If you have any other support issues, please post up a new detailed thread so that our community can work on helping you out. Thanks for understanding!
