Problem trying to regain profile

my son turnd on the Xbox 1 in the middle of the night he's only 2 year's old. so my fiance turnd it off by unplugging the Xbox then later on we we're going to play it and log on our profiles when we discovered our profiles have been some how removed I'm
looking for solutions to regain my profile and hers but i can't remember if i saved it with a Microsoft account. Any ideas how to regain profiles. P.s I've already tryd resetting it by unplugging it my self in hopes that it would restart and have the profiles
back on but still no luck. I've put alot of effort and time in my games so redueing everything is not an option when i was told there's a way to get the profiles back.

If you upgrade your account to GOLD, your tenure will be ZERO. Once you reach 1 YEAR as a GOLD member, your tenure number will be 1. If you continue to be a GOLD member, your tenure number will go up.

my original profile is Deathwolf613 witch is the one I'm trying to regain access too. This one i made is jest a substitute till i can regain my profile again.

 

with the xbox one you have to have a Microsoft account to go with your profile.

so there is an email and password that would go with the accounts somewhere.

Now if you dont remember the email and password you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them the gamer tag and if they can verify the ownership of the account then they can give you the email associated with the account.
