Problem to unlock necromancer in Diablo 3

Hello,

I just bouth the Necromancer DLC, but it's been 30 min that i downloaded it and still i canno't access the new class when i launch the game.

When i try to creat a new character the necromancer is in grey color and it point me to the store to buy.... but once in the store it says that i already own it ....

Any solution here to help me access the new class i just bough ?

Hello, I can not understand why the achivement is not unlocked the achievement "serve the balance" on diablo 3 with necromancer
I've already reached Level 70 with the Negromancer to unlock the achievement but it does not unlock! why??? please help me! thanks

Sorry to hear it. First let's check to see if it actually installed. Please highlight the game on your dashboard and press the start button on the controller. From there select manage game then go to ready to install to see if it's there waiting for you.

 

having same issue. both the console and xbox one store say its installed but in game it still says i need to buy it. i uninstalled. the dlc twice and rienstalled it then even uninstalled. the whole game and same issue after reinstalling it
