    my xbox one was purchased at a major supermarket in Brazil on October 4, 2017. Today, July 17, 2018, I tried to trigger the console warranty however the microsoft system informs me that my console is out of the warranty period. It turns out that the warranty
    is one year, so my advice should be within the warranty period. Microsoft's support system does not allow me to trigger my consele's warranty. There is no microsof store in Brasília - Brazil. I am unsupported from microsoft and with consele catching .. Please
    someone help, as a microsoft does not have a good support for xbox in brazil

    That trigger has a problem. Very good video. Sounds like you need a replacement. I would start here for a warranty replacement:support.xbox.com/.../repair-process

    Buzzing through headset when I hold the right trigger.

    I think you have a problem with the connection in the controller shorting.

    Since it only happens when you pull the trigger.

    Microsoft does not have a means of contact to trigger my console's warranty because your system claims that the console is out of warranty. MICROSOFT I need to trigger the warranty on my xbox one.

    Please contact the official support via
    https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    They can help you with your console warranty. If you bought the console new in the store, the warranty starts on the day of purchase. Since Microsoft can't know when a console is sold, they start the warranty by default on the day the console leaves the
    distribution centers.

    If you contact the official support, they can help you with your warranty claim.

    Depending on availability, on Contact Us | Xbox Support should also be a tile to "Request a callback" from Xbox Support.

    That way you don't have to wait on the phone, and have them call you back.

    Depending on availability, on https://support.xbox.com/contact-us should also be a tile to "Request a callback" from Xbox Support.

    That way you don't have to wait on the phone, and have them call you back.
