    Xbox Live disconnects when I start a game

    I have a similiar problem with battlefield 3 and COD Black ops. When I start the game, live disconnects and I cant play online, and when I go back to dashboard live goes online again. any idea what might be the problem?

    You will need to call EA support and get them to change your age. You have to 13 years old to play ea games. I am well over 30 and some how on my ea account age was 3 years old.
