    Problem to start Bomberman Battlefest on xbox one


    Hello together,

    i have bought Bomberman Battlefest (xbox 360) in Microsoft Store. If i start the game there comes a messages that i need to login/load my profile so i choose my live account and then i get the first error: This profile can`t be loaded please try to download
    and start again.

    So i start doe download the profile and get the next error:

    The service is actually not available (The profile can`t downloaded for now) please try it later.

    I tried this for 3 days and can`t play the game.

    Please help.....

    Bomberman Live/ Battlefest

    bomberman live- 8 arenas in game 6 in three bomb up packs for 14 total

    bomberman battlefest-15 in game 6 in three bomb up packs for total of 21

    live game modes- zombie, paint bomb, normal, bombing run, friendly fire

    battlefest- zombie, paint bomb, norma, capture the crown ( think keep away) teams or none, capture the flag, and bankroll and team bankroll, and VIP which is kill the vip bomberman on the opposing team the most.

    I should mention however that although battlefest has more and is newer live still has quite a bit more people playing on line.
