Problem to send messages

I wanted to know if you can solve this problem. since I bought my new Xbox one and tried to send messages to my friends, but when I sent the message it tells me that there is a problem with my account, I tried to solve it but it sends me a link and tells me to follow some steps to solve the problem , I make the steps but it takes me to my account but it does not indicate what I have to do to solve the problem and I have no idea what I have to change or fix in my account to solve the problem.

Please help me - Being harassed on XBL

Someone is constantly sending me threatening messages and hitting me offline. He's sent me my own ip address to me in a message to try and scare me, I have valid proof that he's been threatening to get my account banned and I keep getting hit offline. Is there anything I can do about this if I can show someone the messages that he's sending to me? I have no problem giving an employee my information for them to see the proof themselves.

Sending video messages?

That would be pretty cool, even if it was limited to 10 or 15 seconds. But i know they probably they won't do it because a) it would be use too much and they would have a huge kick on their servers b) use it to send stuff that players shouldn't.

There are a few things that can cause interruptions in your ability to send messages.

You may have privacy settings on your account that block message sending.

You may have a "child" account (under 18 in the US), and need a parent to allow messaging.

You may have an enforcement issue.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action
and open a case review with the PET

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Sorry to hear that you cannot send messages, From that link, were you able to send yourself a code via text message? This issue usually resolves by verifying security information. You can do this manually here
:
https://account.microsoft.com/security

Select update your security info and then make sure you have at least 1 phone number and 1 email added in and verified. I recommend having one of each to make sure you never lose access to your account.

If you don't have Smartglass, like me, then you can search for someone from the friends app by typing in their name. If they exist, it will load their profile. From there, you can view their profile, recent activity, clips, friends, etc. as well as send
them a message. It's tedious, but that's how you do it. I hope that helps! =D
