Problem to remove paypal

    Problem to remove paypal


    Hi, I have delete my paypal account, and now i can't remove this payment method from microsoft cause I've forgot to add new credit card and the 7 euro for montly subscription are pending. When I try to remove a notifiedtells me that i must pay or contact
    support for remove. What can i do?

    PAYPAL Account problem.

    MY paypal account is active, the problem is I have cancelled the agreement for paypal payment to MS.

    No I need to remove paypal payment option from Live.

    But I can not do it either. I made a call to customer support, told my problem, they told me that they can only remove auto renewal, so that the gold membership will finish at the end of month.

    So I can try to make a new payment via paypal.

    Damn, there is still 6 days to try it.

    Hey dude! Had the same problem!!!

    Apparently, it was because I had 2 accounts for payment ( One Paypal, One credit card ),

    REMOVE THE PAYPAL

    Then it worked like a dream!

    Since this is a billing issue, you would need to contact support directly.
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    You can't remove a payment method while it's attached to an active gold subscription. So they would have to assist you in adding the new payment and paying off the balance you owe before you can remove the Paypal.

    It's a paypal problem, I had the error until i removed my paypal account and just paid using my debit/credit card.

    I'm getting the same problem.. argh frustrating! I hooked up my paypal account after, then it stopped working. I've read that removing your paypal account may fix it, but I want to pay with my paypal..
