    I am registered with the xbox rewards program, I arrived at 5000 points in my credits but I have a problem, I have the message "Your account must be updated to make a deposit" but my profil is update (main address, method of payment etc etc), can you help
    me?

    Credit card for me, my Trinidadian credit card actually works when purchasing games so I am buying pretty much everything available lol, but I have this credit card with only a very small amount so in case security gets breached there is not a lot of damage to recover from at all.

    8C320008, Generic Payment Instrument Error. Delete any old credit cards, make sure all acct info matches the credit card info, recover gamertag, add new credit card.

    Possibly it is a profile problem. Check your account and make sure there are no expired credit cards and that all your information is correct.

    You could also try deleting the profile off of your xbox and then recover it from Xbox Live.
