    Are you using a child account? If so, make sure the parental account has the appropriate settings to allow online play. Try another game to see if you can play online on other games. You may also want to try to sign into another account to see if you
    can play the game on another account. Let us know about those steps!

    I'm having this problem too. I've been playing for 10-11 hours straight without any problem. I closed the console for 2 & 1/2 hours, then i opened it and that message poped up! Tried everything but nothing happened... For a while,i connected to XBL,played
