Problem to open my download of Fifa 19

Thank you for reaching out! You mentioned this started happening after a recent game update; we suggest you try

reinstalling the game by doing the following:

1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
   See all.
2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button on your controller.
   
3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.

Have you done a hard rest/power cycle on the console.

Done by pressing and holding in the xbox logo in front till it switches off. Waiting 30 seconds before switching back on.

Try clearing the cache. Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out. Then wait another 30 and turn it on again. After trying this, reinstall the game. It may work for you

Game Freezes or won't start

Hello what error are you getting? Or is it just freezing and going back to home screen?
