    Problem to open a game


    I have a problem with Fifa 17. I bought a Xbox one s with Fifa 17 (two in one). I enter the code from Fifa 17, and the game worked, but after few days the game stopped working. So I enter a code again, and still doesn't work.It's says that i can't open the
    game, and I have to go to the store. The store says that I already got the game, but when I try to open the game it's turning off the game.

    We have downloading the game of FIFA 17 in our XBOX ONE 500Gb but we can't connect us to xbox life and so we can't play with the game.

    Could you explain the different step to connect the game?

    The connection internet is fine.

    Have you tried to disconnect and reconnect the internet connection via the settings menu?

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps? If it doesn't then you'll need to delete the game and reinstall it. You can reinstall by going to my games and apps then
