    Hi,

    I've Xbox One S. The console start's (power on) as well as controller. But I can't log in. It means

    that when I go to log in the Xbox key doesn't work. Where might be the problem?

    What do i do? please help...

    Hi there, LemonySoap, thanks for reaching out.

    Please try
    removing your profile     (please ensure you remember your account email and password before doing this step),

    power cycling     your Xbox One console and router/modem and then signing back in. Did that solve the issue?
