problem to log in my account .

hello , i have a problem whith my xbox one , yesterday i tryed to change the security adress email of my microsoft account , and they send me a message to say i have to wait one month to proceed the changemeent .

but the problem now its impossible to connect in my account whith my xbox one . and there is no text or something the xbox keep trying to connect but nothing .

nomally when i open my xbox , its alway connected but now nothing just a message say sorry whith the name of my account .

Digital games on console question

So your saying i log into my account at my mates put my tag as home on his account.
I then log into my account at home and I can play all my games away from home.
And then my mate can play my games at his house on his profile ?
I don't need to be signed in at his house ????

Doesn't this work exactly the same way as PSN. It isn't your Xbox that has an account it is YOU the gamer have an XBL account.

YOU log into YOUR ACCOUNT on your XB360 and it works.

YOU log into YOUR ACCOUNT on another XB360 and it works

YOU log into YOUR ACCOUNT on XB1 and it works.

Sorry you're having issues with your account. Microsoft requires a 30 day waiting period for security changes to protect your account against theft. I would recommend contacting Microsoft account support by
this link.

 

Instead of waiting a whole month you can always make a new outlook account and or to make a new one through your xbox one? Or you can use another email address that you may have? Mine did the same thing so I just made a new account through my xbox but I
used a diffrent email?
