Problem to get reward points

I already joined "Xbox Live Rewards"

since 3/15-3/19, I spend total "NT$ 5400" to buy "NBA2K17" VC

the order number are as following:6371041618, 4789994937, 4606702976,

2114119020, 3768511915,4307279619, 3712684848, 6453073552, 7348906792, 2330467439.

But I always couldn't get the reward 6000 point. Any problem with it ?

Pending Points are not transfered

same problem with me. This BS. I have thousands of point unable to get to. What is the point of the rewards program if you don't get rewarded!

Nope. I used to do the Bing rewards thing, though. I would get like $5 in a month or so. I stopped paying attention to the Xbox rewards. Shit seemed pointless and I've seen some people say that for some reason the program wouldn't detected when they did something(.like buy a certain game digitally). Not sure if that was an issue on their end or what.Click to expand...

No, the problem was the dumb ass time frame they gave you to get points. It seems like its always a couple weeks/ months after a game releases then they say buy this game digitally and get 5k in points up to 40k in points. Problem is most of the time people already bought it digitally before the promotion and that doesnt count towards points

It takes up to 96 hours to process new activity. Your purchases on the 16th completed the offer, and the Credits are now pending in your account. They should be a part of the mid-month deposit next month.

In order for support to check your account, you'd want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

All Xbox Live Rewards offers are only for Xbox Live Rewards members. Since your purchase was made while not enrolled in the program, you would not be entitled to any Rewards Credits. Furthermore, we see that your Microsoft Account is set to the South African
